Gulfcoast Consulting Group, Inc. (GCG) has been selected as the Preferred Builder and Preferred Real Estate Broker for Caloosa Preserve, a uniquely designed and timeless Florida community located along the Caloosahatchee River.  GCG will work closely with the Board of Directors of the Home Owner's Association on a customized marketing campaign to increase exposure to this community.  GCG will also take on the role of Architectural Review Committee to ensure that all homes built meet the Design Review Guidelines and standards of the community.
